If so, then this is certainly nothing new. Perhaps our region has a higher inventory of remaining '09 models than yours? Within the past couple years, I've seen (and confirmed) up to $1000 differences in factory incentives with both Toyota and Nissan, just between Arizona and California -- two adjacent states!! In those cases, the inventives were better in CA than here.

And don't forget I have the completed lease agreement paperwork which appears to support this argument. For your question, you should probably state the length of the lease as well as the annual mileage allocation. Otherwise, it's difficult to provide feedback. |

Yes, there were other fees I paid in addition to this. In all, I paid about $5000, including lease inception fee, license, doc fee, first month's payment, etc. I didn't need to pay a security deposit, due to my history with BMW Financial. For your deal, is $3500 the cap reduction, or is it representing the TOTAL FEES you pay at signing?

I just ordered a 2010 328xi with premium, sport, satellite and ipod, metallic paint for $38,375 at a dealer in Los Angeles. Any ideas what the lease programs on the 2010s will look like or when they come out?

I'm a repeat customer and the dealer will take my car back early - 2 more payments - The MSRP is 42,695 and they are selling it to me for 37,500 - 1000 lease cash. + capped taxes of 1412.03 for a total of 37,912. We're using the MF of .00135 and residual of 58% + 2% on a 36 months 12k yr lease. Total out of pocket is 1447.91 which includes first month (456.63), Aqu Fee (725) Fees and Ins (105) and upfront taxes (161.28) plus cap cost reduction of 1000 minus customer rebate of 1000 (a wash). The car only has 2k on it now and they will pull it from circulation at 4,000. TOP 1447.91 456.63 pm for 36 mos 12k per year Is this a good deal or should I try to do better? |
