Something is not computing right. I get a per month using those numbers as $488. Admittedly, I am not CarMan. However, I am desperate to lease a 328i using the same rough MSRP and have not gotten lease figures that low. What dealer are you working with Mike141? Does that include the automatic transmission credit? Are you putting an additional $1000 down in addition to the lease cash?

Thanks,
Brian

I'm really considering getting this car tomorrow, I think it's an awesome deal. If you have any thoughts or insights let me know.

That looksl ike a really good deal. What dealer is that with? Did you get navigation? What state are you registering the car in? Is the tax on the monthly lease or the entire car's value?

Thanks,
Brian

I'm in NY. I didn't get navigation for 2 reasons:

1. All you get is navigation, no camera, it's just a cool screen.
2. It's much cheaper to get a nice size Garmin (the new 5" ones with the dash stand or the 7" one made for vans and trucks). Plus I can transfer it from car to car.

The tax is on the leased value.

What do you guys think? I am a college graduate, so I will have to put a security deposit. Other than that, do you think I still have a room to negotiate? I already got a $1k cash incentive for this car.

Thanks.

335I C Lease Order by ericg40

May order June delivery 335I C step, comf, prem, sport, cold, nav, etc. MSRP $62,420 36mo 15k for ~$850/mo (includes 6% CT tax, no cap cost reduction) based on May figures. I was told that if June is a better deal, i would get the better of the two months. I wonder if someone can confirm that. Also, i know they had $1k loyalty cash (i didn't qualify) it looks like they are offering $1k on leases to anyone now - can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Hi Sean. BMW Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 328i Coupe with 10,000 miles per year are .00150 and 61%, respectively. Let's plug a car with an MSRP of $41,575 into my handy dandy lease calculator and see what sort of payments we come up with.

Using the above inputs and factoring in the $1,000 cash incentive, a $1,000 dealer discount would result in a zero down, pre-tax monthly payment of around $493.

A $2,000 dealer discount would result in a payment of around $463.

A $3,000 dealer discount would result in a payment of around $434.

So you're going to have to find a dealer who's willing to knock at least three grand off of the price of this car to come even close to the target payment that you're shooting for.
