I'm looking to lease a 335i coupe in March. I've been fiddling with numbers, and I want to see if anyone thinks this is going to be obtainable? I live in North Jersey incase that matters...   2009 335i Coupe Premium Sport Navigation MSRP: $49,125 Aim for selling Price: $45,850 (invoice+1000+$180 training + $300 MACO) Residual: 60% (12k 36mo lease) MF: .00191 (8x MSD)   Lease payment $604.99 + 7% tax = $647.34

What do you think, on an '09 328i ?   MSRP - $42,970 Selling Price $40,992.65 Money factor is .00235 Residual is 70% (2 years at 12k miles per year) Payment is $658.07 plus tax – ($54.62) = $712.69 Total due is $2685.06 (first payment, $712.69, doc fees $389, $561.12 for registration and titling) (Dealer says he is not charging for HD radio on the car)   Thanks. Can anyone tell me what the money factor is for each of these cars, assuming bmw fs qualification (3 year lease 12,000 miles per year). Also what benefits besides reduced MF rates are there?
