BMW lease money factors and residuals seem to have come to an end.   I noticed a year or more ago that if you weren't interested in a 3 sedan, the situation wasn't nearly so favorable. Now all the MFs are going up and the residuals are going down across the board.   Should be interesting.

I hear folks getting somewhere around $1000 over invoice, yours is at least a few hundred more than that. Hard to say since the numbers you provided are estimates of the mspr and sale price, so I'm going to say that you're overpaying a bit.
