Hi there. Would anyone care to check my math, so I can make sure I'm getting the correct deal?
2007 335i, sports, premium, nav, ipod.
MSRP = $46,900
Sales Price = $44,395
36 month/15k
61% residual
.00175 MF
CA, so 8.25% tax.
By my calculations, my monthly should be $612.97, or with 7 MSDs, $574.24. Is my math correct, and is the price decent ($700 over invoice including a MACO).

Thanks!

Does anyone know how to check the true BMW Bank Finance fee that varies from dealer to dealer. In NJ I was given prices that range from $625 to $825 and both times told that that price doesn't depend on the dealer and is set directly by BMW bank

Getting the same car plus Sirius radio for $39070. Given the fact that radio retail for about $500 and invoice for $450; I guess it's a good price given the very few 2007 left on the market. If you have extra cash to give multiple security deposits you can lower your money factor to 0.00101 or roughly by $35/months

From what I have read on this and other forums, BMW Bank acquisition fee is $625 and the dealer is allowed to mark it up by up to $200, which equals the higher $825.

Question for KYFDX by hpowders

Is the "destination charge" listed on the BMW website when one purchases a vehicle the same terminology as the "acquisition fee" on my BMWFS leasing contract? I believe it is, but want to verify.

Thanks.

I don't think so..

The destination charge is part of the MSRP (and, it's on the invoice, too). Supposedly, it is to provide transportation from port to dealer, but really, it is just a way to break down the price of the car, so the base price seems smaller.

The acquisition fee goes to the bank that is leasing you the car (BMWFS). Sort of like an origination fee for a mortgage lender.

The base acq.fee on all BMWFS leases is $625, but the dealer can mark it up to as much as $825 for extra profit (for the dealer).

regards,
kyfdx
