Replying to: vonrauss (Feb 15, 2007 12:58 pm) Thanks for your comment! I read your success story and have a few questions. 1) When you said Total Drive-off fee ~$870, was that a check/cash you paid that day? What did it comprise? First month payment and registration fee? 2) All the fees you listed: the Acq. fee, Doc, DMV, and Tires, which was a total of $1023. Was it rolled into your monthly lease payment? 3) Your cap cost $38700, this was base cap cost, right? Not adjusted cap cost? 4) What kind of hidden fees will they throw in? and WHERE can you find them in your lease agreement? Thanks! p.s. the car I want is kind of rare (because of the options I pick..leatherette but with power seats n bwm assist n sports) so not many dealerships have those. |

Hello, I'm looking at the 2007 328i coupe with heated seats and satellite radio. I was wondering why the big difference between the web offer and the quote provided by my dealer. Is this a bad quote? I did not provide any credit info, so I guess the quote is preliminary. The difference is almost 5k for the term of the lease. Thanks. Web offer: MSRP: 37,270 Due at signing: 3,289 (1st month, deposit, cap x) Monthly: 389 MF: ???? Residual ???? Term: 36 mos Miles: 10k Total Outlay: 16,904 Dealer offer: MSRP: 37,090 Due at signing: 2,106 (1st month, deposit, other, no cap x) Monthly: 556 MF: .00165 Residual .60 Term: 36 mos Miles: 12k Total Outlay: 21,556 Difference between offers: 4,662
