This is mine.
2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus + almost full options
MSRP $45,000
Audi Care + $850
36 months
15,000 miles per year
Residual value : 58% = $26,000
$3,500 down
$600 / mo inc tax and all fee's
I tried to negotiate with other dealers with that offer but nobody was willing to give me better offer. So, that was the best offer at least in my area.

Are you guys for real????? are these A4 or S4s because i know these are just about S4 prices
$3500 and $600 a month? Id never buy an Audi. I know someone pushing these cars out in the 400s and S4 in the 600s

The price is various depending on trim and options. A4 for 400s/mo should be Premium w/o MMI pkg with probably 10,000 miles/yr or 12,000 miles/yr. Audi Care which costs $30/mo is also an option. Moreover, difference between monthly payment of A4 and one of S4 is around 60$~70$ which is not that big if the A4 is premum plus with all possible options. I also checked out S4 and the dealer offered $680/mo.
My point is the prices that these guys paid for their A4s are reasonable. Yes, they may not be the BEST in US but still reasonable. The thing is that other dealers in my area denied to give me better offers than that.

You can get an S4 lease in the mid-to-high $600s....with money down or a Premium Plus with virtually no options. Or maybe you are referring to 2012 models being moved off the lot?
If you want to talk apples to apples, post all the terms of the A4 and S4 leases being offered by the person that you know (sales price, residual, money factor, down payment, incentives, etc.).

Hi mjjackson76. The buy rate lease money factor for this car is .00064. So the factor that you're being charged is a little high.
Let's take a look at this car's selling price. There is a spread of around $2,769 between this model's MSRP and dealer invoice price. That puts you at around $1,100 or so over invoice. That's not bad, but if you are in an area that has a decent level of competition, I suspect that you can do better than that.

Do you know the money factor and residual for an A4 quattro sedan, 3 years and 15k miles?
I have an MSRP of $36,735 and sales price of $34,530. He said if I put $2k down, my payments would be $475.
Also, can you explain me how it works if you have equity in your car at lease end. If I trade in my car to another dealer (like BMW), can they do the payoff directly to Audi? So if it's a $20k payoff and BMW offers $23k, can they pay it off directly without paying taxes? Or do I have to pay it off, pay taxes and then trade it in to BMW? I have read various things about Audi's lease policy. Thanks, Car_man!
