I haven't closed, but this is the deal i'm trying to get. This is based on the latest lease rates that were published today, and also includes a $1500 owner loyalty discount. A4 Premium Plus, Meteor Gray, Sport Package Lease: 3yr / 36,000 miles MSRP: $39450 Invoice: $36700 Sale Price: $37000 Acquisition Fee: $575 Cap Reduction (owner loyalty): $1500 Adjust Cap Cost: $36075 Residual: .55 (.56 with Audi Care) Money Factor: .00169 I'm basically giving $875 profit if you look at difference between invoice and sale price + acquisition fee. The residual went down, but the loyalty incentive seems to make the final pricing pretty sweet. The payment is going to be: $486/mo + taxes. I'm guess most dealers will be giving similar pricing if you factor in loyalty incentive! |

Replying to: webba (Nov 13, 2008 6:32 am) *Excludes taxes, title and dealer fees. See dealer for details. *LEASE EXAMPLE: Rate based on MSRP $34,405 of 2009 Audi A4 2.0 T quattro with 6-speed automatic transmission and destination charge. Purchase option at lease end for $19,954.90. 36-month closed-end lease offered to qualified customers by Audi Financial Services through participating dealers. Lessee responsible for $0.25/mile over 10,000 miles per year and a disposition fee of $350 due at lease end. I am calling my sales guy today to see what we can work out since I have less then 10 days on my current lease... I am looking for a 2009 A4 Prem Plus with Nav on a 36 month, I would love to get the Avant but I am guessing that's out of my budgets for toys per month. Dil |

When calculating the Residual from Audi’s Special Offer, I am coming up with 58% for the 2009 A4 2.0T Premium Plus with 36 months & 10K miles/year. Therefore, the Residual for 12K and 15K must be 57% & 55% respectively.

Replying to: webba (Nov 13, 2008 11:10 am) EDIT: If you're talking about what Dilbertic just posted, given that lower MSRP, that car is NOT a premium plus, but just a premium, which has higher residuals.

Replying to: webba (Nov 13, 2008 11:36 am) EDIT: Reading it closer, the wording is very tricky. The inital line doesn't mention premium plus, but then the last line says "Model referenced: Audi A4 2.0 T quattro Premium Plus with 6-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic and destination charge. Higher MSRP will affect lease price." So, are they saying the model referenced is not the same as the one mentioned in the offer?

Replying to: webba (Nov 13, 2008 12:00 pm) 1) Someone else on here posted that their dealer told them the residuals stayed the same from last month 2) I got a quote on a prem+ for 36 mos and 10k miles and the residual was 56% which is the same as last month. Audi confirmed the $1500 loyalty bonus but he couldn't confirm that they are also paying first month. Also romised to get back to me on that...we shall see!
