i think we're working with the same dealer, and now the same numbers.
i just asked him to re-do the numbers for 12K, and i'm getting $604/month.

is this similar to what you got?!

thanks.

ps- any opinion on waiting until tomorrow? the official MF is to drop to 0.00169 from 0.00171. not sure if their "house" MF will do the same.

You really should be focusing on total cap cost and total pre-tax cost over 36 months instead of monthly payments. There are way too many variables when people try to compare monthly payments (whether tax is included, how much was due at signing, etc).

You can EASILY get the Premium Plus for a total cap cost of under $36,000 including the acquisition fee (without Audi Care).

The difference between .00171 and .00169 is next to nothing. Unless the residual changes for the better as well, there is no advantage in waiting. Where did you find your new MF numbers? Have you heard anything about the residual changing?

Hey guys!!
I have learned a lot on this blog and it has been really helpful.

I am looking to get the a4 2009 - Prestige (which I was told lower residual)
With Nav
Black on Black

I am in Southern California.I am looking to buy this week.

The best deal I got last night was (and the pressure was on...)
12k
36months term
$600
$1600 drive off (first, last month drive off)

I walked, but...
Is this a good deal?! I really wanted a 24 month lease (but they were quoting me in the $700's)

Please let me know!! If not, I want to counter!!
Thanks! I am a female so trying to be smart and not get jacked around!

hey there. thanks for your interest!

buried in the original email is the new sale price of about $34140, i believe. even with the roughly $1000 taken by the inflated MF over 36 months, $35000 is better than the $36000 i've been quoted by other various dealers.

i can't put the exact link here by forum rules, but the website is "ride with g".
the residuals didn't change.

Nov 2009 Lease Rates for Audi A4 Prem+ by carnuts3

I Understand that the Nov lease rates for the A4 are coming out today. Can someone please post the MF and RV for a 36 mo 10,000 mile lease for a A4 Prem+? I have a deal locked in using the October rates and like to know if the Nov rates are lower. My dealer agreed to use the lower rates, but I must decide by Nov 12. Thanks.

I would also like the MF & Residual for a 2.0 Premium Plus at 36mo, 15k. Thanks!

Those are NOT the new November rates on RideWithG. Those rates were for October and were scheduled to end on 11/4. However, Audi extended the October rates through November 11. New rates come out today.

Nov Lease Rates by omszz

I haven't closed, but this is the deal i'm trying to get. This is based on the latest lease rates that were published today, and also includes a $1500 owner loyalty discount.

A4 Premium Plus, Meteor Gray, Sport Package

Lease: 3yr / 36,000 miles
MSRP: $39450
Invoice: $36700
Sale Price: $37000
Acquisition Fee: $575
Cap Reduction (owner loyalty): $1500
Adjust Cap Cost: $36075
Residual: .55 (.56 with Audi Care)
Money Factor: .00169

I'm basically giving $875 profit if you look at difference between invoice and sale price + acquisition fee.

The residual went down, but the loyalty incentive seems to make the final pricing pretty sweet.

The payment is going to be: $486/mo + taxes.

I'm guess most dealers will be giving similar pricing if you factor in loyalty incentive!
