I am looking to lease a 2009 Acura TL 4D Sedan - 6 cyl. The dealer gave me a copy of the LeaseScan for Windows with the following numbers: MSRP = 35715 Selling Price = 31895 Residual = 21,786 36 month lease - 10K miles per year $875 down payment + first month payment = $1400. Monthly payment is $417.89 Is this a good deal? How do I know? |

Picked up my SH-AWD Tech tonight! Selling price was $38,230. I paid $4700 at signing. 36 mo, 12K miles/yr. Lease payment is $495.

Can someone post the current MF and residuals for a 36 month 10k, 12k, and 15k lease for both TL Tech and TL AWD Tech? Appreciate it.

Got a residual of 61% and I did not ask for more numbers as I was not going to buy yet. The numbers look promising. I will play around with Excel to find out the estimated selling price and money factor (based on invoice minus $1,000 cash to dealer for selling price). Car_man, what do you think?

I wonder if my money factor is somewhat accurate. Can anyone chime in? I think I can do better assuming that the money factor is high.

TL with Tech (approx 39.5 MSRP plus delivery) 2,000 down, including cap cost reduction (300), sales tax (350), first month payment (448), doc/acquisition fee, license etc. 408 month (448 w/ tax), 36 mos, 10K miles This is in WA State
