I have a FICO of 745 and my wifes is higher. On my second TL lease, it is ending in one month, 2005 TL only 30k miles. I have been going back and forth with internet sales and can only get the advertised site lease. I have heard about the Acura money here and the higher tier on credit. Should I not qualify for all of the above. Also I am told the lease terms are changing 5/4/2009 any idea? Thank You

| Anyone know the variance (if any) between the April and May lease programs? Looking at TL Tech. Thanks. | |

As far as I know, the money factor went down to .0022, but the residual also went down to: Base TL 61% Tech 58% SH -AWD 59% SH-AWD Tech 56%

Honda usually has a high MF to coincide with their high residuals. If you look, the TL tech is within the same price range as a Maxima with nav and I know i rather be driving a TL. Its quite rare, usually around Nov/Dec that they have a slightly lower MF and there are rebates cause the new model years are out but thats every manufacturer and some people need cars now. I know last month I leased a 09 TL with Tech for $440/month with NJ tax, Bank Fee included in payment. Only first month and reg due at inception. Thats a great deal

Replying to: brmidatlantic (May 03, 2009 7:24 am) Sale Price: $40,235 Residual: 55% MF: .00220 With $3000 down that equates to: 36/10,000 lease: $597 with tax 36/12,000 lease: $615 with tax I'm not sure if his sale price is complete out the door or only destination or what. In my mind it's about $2000 too high. I still have 2 months left on my current lease extension so we'll see. I know when I was looking back in December they weren't discounting much off the car. I was just about to go with a dealer a couple hours away because it was a much better deal. I think I'll contact them to see what their best price is now.
