For reference from Texas:   Invoice on 08 MDX with Tech and Rear Entertainment quoted this month at: 41,682 invoice 715 Destination 300 ADAG  Total = 42,667   Money factor on a lease with lower rates thx to uncle sam (most likely Chase bank) is .00185 4.44% 39 months   Still getting killed on adding dealer options before closing in Dallas area.

Your MDX's selling price of $36,785 is more than $400 below invoice, which is an excellent deal. The problem is that when I calculate a lease payment on this truck using the prices that you mentioned in your post, I come up with a zero down, pre-tax monthly payment of around $488. Obviously sales tax will add some to this, but not a whole $60 per month. I wonder why? A four year lease of an MDX really doesn't make much sense right now because Acura's special lease program on it is only available for a maximum of 36 months.
