I am thankful for all of the information provided on this forum. I am in the market for MDX with Tech package. I am located in Atlanta, GA and I have negotiated with 4 local dealerships, plus the one in Athens. Here is the best deal I have been able to come up with at this time: MSRP - $44,410 Sales Price - $40,400 Other Fees - $715 (Honda Assignment fee, TTL, etc...) Total Cap Cost - $41,115 MF - 0.00197 Residual - 54% Only first month's payment due at signing. Total payment is $603 plus state tax. Thoughts?

That looks like a good deal. Sale price if it includes destination is right at Invoice which is not shabby at all. I am truly envious of you guys in milder climates who have dealers wanting to haggle on the MDX. Locally in my area the deals are not so good as the vehicle is still selling well in the current economy. |

Just received a lease quote for an MDX w/ Tech: - The lease is for 36mths and 12k miles per yr - Payment is $555/mth with $3,589 up front - Up front payment of $3,589 is made up of 1st mthly pmt ($555), bank fee ($595), DMV fees ($191), taxes ($1,814), Cap cost reduction ($433). - The selling price was $40,703 (incl destination) - Residual was 56% - Money factor was 0.00197 Your opinions/comments would be greatly appreciated.
