#1373 of 2636 2009 MDX Lease Offer

Thanks to all for sharing information and deals on the MDX.
I have a 2006 MDX comming off lease in April and have been getting the full court press to re-lease a new 2009 MDX. Here is the deal:
MSRP: $41,550
Selling Price: $35,545 (incld. $2,000 Acura Cash)
Money Factor: .0025
Miles: 10,000/yr
Term: 36 mo lease
Payment: $520/mo tax incld with $3,400 out of pocket
$580/mo tax incld with $1,500 out of pocket
What do you think? It seems a little high compared to some posts on this site. The tax rate is 8% in suburban Chicago.
Thanks.............

That's a lot of money down, for the first option. When I lease, I try not to put anything down for cap cost reduction. There was a recent sale for lease payments of $499 per month with approximately the same money down for 39 months. Not sure if it is still going on in February though.

Anyone have any idea what the residual percentage is for a 09 MDX tech for 12,000 miles on a 39 month lease? Based on what I have read on this forum, I estimate it to be about 49%. Does this sound correct?

it is either 49% or 50% - it is 49% for 15,000 miles for 39 months.

I am working with an Acura dealer that is telling me that the current residual of 51% for a 39month, 12K miles/yr lease of an MDX Base will likely fall to 49 or 50% in late March or April. Does this sound right? Also, are there any indicators that suggest that the next MDX lease deal will be any better than the current one that expires on March 2?

I have heard from my Acura dealership that the incentives for Honda and Acura may be changing on Monday for the better. Has anyone else heard this? Also, what impact will the stimulus plan have on buying a new car? I read that new cars purchased under the stimulus plan will have an additional $1,500 tax credit.
I think I will wait until all of this passes prior to signing the paperwork.

I want to lease an 09 MDX with technology package, 10K miles/yr, 39-42 months, and $1500 drive off. I want my payments to be no more than $550/month inc. tax. I live in Los Angeles County and want to know if anyone has an idea if it's reasonable and or possible? And if so, where? I need to lease by the end of this Feb. 09. I have a TL lease that end in the beginning of March 09. I appreciate your help.

Car Man,
Can you please post the current MF (i think its .0025) and residual for a 3yr (or 39 month, 12k miles MDX with tech and entertainment?
My first dealer quoted me 41.1k sales price which i think i can do better (in tri-state area). Want to lease one next week.
Also, does Acura (or can the dealer) offer a discount for a pay once option? I am happy to pay the full term up front for good savings.
Thanks
