Replying to: theroyalwe (Jan 29, 2009 10:15 am) The dealer invoice price of a 2009 Acura MDX Tech is $41,503. Subtract from that the $2,000 dealer cash that is currently available on this model and it drops to around $39,500. The selling price that you were quoted is below dealer invoice. That is a great deal. If you like the truck, I personally don't see any reason not to pull the trigger on this deal. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum |

Thanks to all for sharing information and deals on the MDX. I have a 2006 MDX comming off lease in April and have been getting the full court press to re-lease a new 2009 MDX. Here is the deal: MSRP: $41,550 Selling Price: $35,545 (incld. $2,000 Acura Cash) Money Factor: .0025 Miles: 10,000/yr Term: 36 mo lease Payment: $520/mo tax incld with $3,400 out of pocket $580/mo tax incld with $1,500 out of pocket What do you think? It seems a little high compared to some posts on this site. The tax rate is 8% in suburban Chicago. Thanks.............

Anyone have any idea what the residual percentage is for a 09 MDX tech for 12,000 miles on a 39 month lease? Based on what I have read on this forum, I estimate it to be about 49%. Does this sound correct?

I am working with an Acura dealer that is telling me that the current residual of 51% for a 39month, 12K miles/yr lease of an MDX Base will likely fall to 49 or 50% in late March or April. Does this sound right? Also, are there any indicators that suggest that the next MDX lease deal will be any better than the current one that expires on March 2?
