Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor for the 2009 Acura MDX is only .00250. If you qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier and the dealer charges you more than that, they are marking your money factor up to add additional hidden, back-end profit to your deal. Make sure that the dealer uses the lowest possible factor to calculate your payment. The selling price that you are being charged for this truck looks good. It appears to be around $300 over dealer invoice minus the available dealer cash. Just get the whole money factor issue straightened out and you're in business. That is a good sign. Let's take a look at the selling price that you are being given. The dealer invoice price of a 2009 Acura MDX Tech is $41,503. Subtract from that the $2,000 dealer cash that is currently available on this model and it drops to around $39,500. The selling price that you were quoted is below dealer invoice.
