[Invoice for MDX Tech ent is ~42.5K, HAFC is running low apr rate of 2.9% for 5 years] So if you are able to sell your 3 year old MDX for at least 138.86 and can afford 22.74 per month then BUYING makes more sense.. AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE? Numbers appears OK... Hope I am right

I just got a quote on a 39 month lease, 10k miles per year, $1,990 down 51% residual and a money factor of 0.0032. MSRP=$47350 and he told me he would price the car at $41,400. This all equates out to $650 per month. I am in Dallas, Texas. Does anyone know if this is a good deal or not? Thanks for your help! |

If one subtracts the $2,000 dealer cash that Acura is providing on this model from that, it comes to around $35,830. The selling price that you were quoted is even lower than that, so it is an excellent deal. If you like the MDX, I personally don't see any reason not to pull the trigger on this deal. It will help you to negotiate an attractive capitalized cost. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum |
