I am looking at purchasing a new MDX this weekend. The deal I worked so far is below. Can somebody pleas advise on how it looks? 2008 Base MDX with Sport Running Boards and Roof Rack Selling Price: $36,304 + Doc Fee $598 +Acquisition Fee $595 = Total Selling Price $37,557.00 Residual 57% MSRP $40,955 Residual amount $23,344.35 Term 36mo 12k miles Money Factor .00180 Base Monthly Payment $503.21 (+$30.19 tax) Due at Signing $579.82 (first payment + registration) After working the deal above, I spoke to the dealership this morning and they agreed to get the payments to 525.00/mo but I haven't seen the worksheet yet. Is this good? If I decide to add the tech package, how much more should it add to the payments?

This was their initial offer to me. I told them I would be back tomorrow. 08 MDX Tech and Rear DVD package. It also has all-season mats and a few other things I am forgetting. Initial Offer received today: $682/mo which includes taxes - no money down at signing MSRP 46,210 Invoice 42,397 Offered 39,884 (1800 off for 3K miles on it plus additional rebates) Acq Fee $715 Doc Fee $197 Taxes 6% (claiming $2441.65 - seems slightly elevated) Govn't Fees $281 (not sure what they are yet) Residual Value 53% Lease Factor .0018 36 months, 12K miles a year Does this seem right? I feel like the monthly rate is much higher then others here on this board and this is below invoice which is why I initially looked at the car. Any advice before I go back tomorrow? |
