Spoke, at length, with a guy today about his new X. I didn't see the window sticker but did see that '4 corner' white paper the salesmen use. He got very simular to 'my car', (no tow and something else) BUT did get BOTH AIRBAGS which are a lot more than a tow package. He negotiated regionally but bought locally saying doing that cost him money and wished he had bought elsewhere.
And he never even talked with Guru Thumper

The bold circled number on the '4 cornered' paper was $22,9 hundred and something (I forget) Out the Door. He got a red/ maroon colored one.

My $21,5K, out the door, offer is in the ball park. Moxie's going to get us the new dealer incentives (the best incentive is $2.49 a gallon).

I've gotten the best price at Champion Nissan in Katy for 23700. I want the silver color. I know that the new 06's come out in October and I'm thinking that around September they will (hopefully) be giving $2000 rebates because my friend got a 2004 in february and she said that if she would of waited a week later she would of gotten $2000 dollars off. She just got $1000. Also because they need to get rid of the 2005's to make room for the 2006's. I think if you wait closer to October and the end of the month you get better pricing. I think that's what I'm going to do. I would also recommend your daughter sell her car on her own, get a better deal. I have a car too but I'm trying to sell it myself instead of trading it in. I'm sure she could probably get $2000 for it. Keep me updated on what you think.

So I shopped around yesterday trying to find the best deal of course. The lowest I could get from any dealer in my area was 21,888 OTD for "S" 6-Speed with power and utility. I was not happy with this, so last night before going to bed I sent an email to 6-7 dealerships telling them I wanted the truck for 21,400 OTD. Some called me this morning and told me I was crazy, then one called and said he would honor this price! I couldnt believe it. I am not a recent grad so I did not get that 500. I love this truck, it drives amazing, and if you would like an awesome deal, go to Hill Nissan in Winter Haven. The funny thing is that the exact truck that I bought was acquired through a dealer trade, and when it was in Brandon, they told me the lowest they would go is 21,888. So then Hill Nissan of Winter Haven got that exact truck from Brandon, and sold it to me for 21,400!

I too am hoping they'll go up with their incentive. Right now here's what I have: 2005 S 4x4 + pwr/util pkg: $23,300 (after rebate, not TTLD)... Is this a good deal?

Can you please send me the complete specs of what you have bought and at what price ? TT&L I assume is Title and Licence - correct ? Also can you give me the address /contact of the dealers that you have bought this car ?

Any help is appreciate.
