I am loving my 5 day old '09 microvan. So far it is perfect. I took it back today to have options we purchased installed. I was told that even though Mazda sold us Sirius radio and IPod kit, they are incompatible and cannot both be installed. Seems a little strange that they would offer both as options. Anybody else find this? I checked with website called mazdaparts.org and found a seperate listing for an "Ipod Module Kit with Sirius Radio". I'm getting the feeling that both sales and service at my dealer are not experts on this car. Hope I'm wrong. |

The finance person at my Mazda dealer told me yesterday that as of today, Mazda is no longer owned by Ford, but by Chase Bank. Can anyone confirm?

I am still getting the runaround with Mazda about adding the IPod option to my new mazda5 with Sirius. Several of you have said that you have it with Sirius. I don't have navigation. They keep saying that there is a problem in that they interfere with each other. I understood that was fixed in 2008. Since Mazda sells both, it seems that they should work together. If anyone can post your experience with this and any evidence or websites, I would appreciate it.
