| I bought tribeca B9 7 passenger ltd. silver color gray interior, with dimming mirrors, roofrack, all weather mats for $32500 out the door which included my trade accord 200,000 miles 1992 model. Is it a good deal? | |

Replying to: rchandru (Apr 12, 2007 4:50 am) Invoice is over $34k for that model. That's a LOT of miles even for a Honda, so they'll probably wholesale it out for $500, if that. A dealer won't put a car that old on their used car lot. |

Replying to: lipanj (Apr 13, 2007 12:52 pm) We looked at the tribeca and liked the interior and the 3rd access wasn't bad as highlander. We liked the different look of tribeca. The only problem we have is with the 90 gas and mileage. The price the dealer quoted you is very good. Negotiate for dimming mirrors and mud flaps and bumper guards. I have no idea about the 2008 model. |

Replying to: lipanj (Apr 13, 2007 12:52 pm) Biggest change is the engine. It's 3.6L now, instead of 3.0L, yet Subaru made enough design innovations that the new engine actually weighs less. The new engine has more horsepower, much more torque, gets 10% better fuel economy AND runs on regular unleaded instead of premium. Also good to go for the '08 if you'll use that 3rd row - the windows back there are larger now. Better visibility for the driver & less claustrophic for any passenger back there. Also, access was improved to the 3rd row by adding an assist spring in the 2nd row seat mechanism, adding grab handles, and by allowing entry from either side of the 2nd row now. |
