Good luck!

I am scheduled to drive 335i Coupes at a “Drive It Hard & We’ll Pay For Gas & Tires” BMW event here near Atlanta in a couple of weeks, and I am looking forward to evaluating the new 335i's drivetrain, but I am certainly not going to eliminate the G35 without also at least driving one...

With at least 3 other contenders to drive.......

Great points, I too love the looking of the new body style, dual exhaust.......and while at the 2006 Atlanta Auto Show I asked the Infiniti rep about 'green tech', and he just blew me off and talked about performance. Well I drove a Porsche for four years when I lived in Germany and gas mileage is important too. Maybe next the 6 speed auto will be available. Japanese car's gas mileage is not the best.

Looked again at the pics for the new G Sedan by rollbar
Aug 09, 2006 (5:44 am)
Recd a net ad for the G and followed the link to see the pics. Huge improvement over the looks of the current sedan. Actually, the tail, with the Coupe's flared fenders moving over to the sedan, looks like a Coupe from the rear. I like the car on whole where I found the current sedan to look a bit narrow from behind when on the road.

Magazine reviews by smokey75

Just got the latest issues of Automobile Magazine & Motor Trend (I think it was). Both have reviews of the 2007 G35 Sedan & the 0-60 times are coming in in the lower 5 second range.

It is hard to believe that it is possible given the new numbers: "All G35s get Infiniti's fourth-generation VQ35 3.5-liter V6 engine that makes 306 horsepower and 268 pound-feet of torque". So the torque is DOWN! This does not sound too encouraging.

However, the '07 MSRPs on G35 are holding pretty steady!
