Replying to: KarenS (May 17, 2005 9:00 am) EPA window sticker in 2001 was 42/49. I have every tank full documented, lowest 44 (75% traffic light inner-city travel), 50 highway average. 13.9 or 14 mpg - city driving 20 Hwy.   Very disgusted.   Had the computer checked twice. I do not drive like a maniac. My commute to work is 3 miles each way. Very unhappy. VW says nothing they can do. I am ready to sell it.

Convertible and 6 speed Tiptronic is very heavy, no wonder you only got 14mpg in city, my 2004 VR6 only get 22.5 mpg in 75% highway driving. (75mph)

Daily commute (20% city, 80% highway, range is 48-51 mpg, 50 mile R/T ) highest 62 mpg. 2003 TDI Jetta, 5-spd, app 68,000 miles   I lifted your format, just substituted my data.
