I am living in Houston, and would like to buy a 2010 Accord Coupe EX, what is the invoice price I should expect at this time? Some dealer asked me 24500 for driving out...is that a reasonable price? Thank you so much!

In central NJ, my friend is trying to buy an Accord (I advised him to it because I have loved all my Hondas so much). He was quoted $19,400 before TTL for a 2010 Accord LX. Is this a good price? Also he was given 4.9% financing, isnt there a deal for 2.9% financing on 60 months?

Let me know what you guys think of the best deal i can find on a 2010:

2010 Accord EX-V6 Sedan (no leather or nav) Polished Metal

MSRP: $27,515

Their Offer:

   $25,010+TTL,
out the door price (with everything, including new plates): $27,100

should i jump on it, or wait a bit?

$4 over invoice seems like a good price to me. If you want to try to get a better deal, shop that quote around to more dealers.

Tomorrow I am picking up a 2010 Accord EX-L V6 Sedan for $600 less than invoice so better deals are possible. Just have to get lucky and find that 1 dealer wanting to reach a quota.

definitely wait for 'real' rebates; during most of 2009 it was achievable to do $23K + TTL for such 2009 model

Can anybody tell me from Northern California what's the best price before TTL that'
they've been offered for an 09 EXL auto 4cyl? Also might consider one with Nav.
Anybody have an idea what the min. upcharge would be for the Nav? I'm in
the Sacramento area but would go to the Bay area for the right price.

So here's an update in case it helps anyone between now and 11/3. Yesterday I started the paperwork on the 2010 EX-L V6 Navi Sedan that I had been discussing here over the past few weeks. Unless my dealer pulls something on Monday evening when I hope to pick up my 'dealer locate' Accord my deal specifics are as follows:
2010 EX-L V6 Navi Sedan - no dealer options
2.9% 60 month American Honda Finance loan
Invoice + $250 dealer locate fee(fluff I suspect)
+ NJ taxes, tags, $250 paperwork fee, etc.

I will know all the exact figures, which I'll share here, after I actually take delivery of the car. My salesman called me today asking if I can pick it up after 4:00 PM Monday, and I'll try and do just that.

Planning on showing the Berenardi Warranty printout in case they can take that business. If not I'll be taking care of the Honda Care warranty with Bernardi some time next week.

Hopefully I am not jinxing myself by stating all of this prior to actually taking delivery but I wanted to get the deal specifics out there in case anyone else is going to try to close a deal before 11/2 or 11/3 as this is supposedly when the financing runs out. And I was all ready for them to tell me that the financing was only for the 2009 Accords, but I am supposedly able to take advantage of this as well for the 2010. We'll see and I hope to share more later next week.

The dealer is in Burlington, NJ and Alan Q is my salesman.

Thanks,
PhillMike

In Charlotte, NC I bought a new 2009 Accord last week for 17,800 purchase price and out the door at final $19,000.

I got 6% financing......maybe could have pushed them on the financing but felt like had pushed hard enough. Felt good about the deal

Just for all the bashers out here(who are very weak in negotiating and are in total denial mode about the price I got) anything under $21000 for an EX- Automatic is a "Good Price"....anything above that should be stamped with "over paid"

urrrrh... I think you need to take the location into account. All car price are dictated by local supply and demand. . Just because someone get a really good deal in Southern California where there are probably 10-14 dealerships within 25 miles radius mean very little for someone who live a small town with only one Honda dealer 50 miles away,
