| I was informed today to expect my FEH Limited the week of 9/1 (maybe sooner) blue oval tracking seems to confirm - I ordered it on 5/8 and it looks like it'll make it just under the 4 month mark (10 weeks if you count from production start up) - and it looks like I'll be getting it for only $800 over invoice (negotiated price from dealer + $1,000 in rebates). | |

Replying to: burnsva (Jul 24, 2008 7:54 pm) I'm still in line for the silver medal for earliest order (April 21, 2008) that still hasn't been scheduled. My only consolation is knowing there is a guy who ordered April 18, 2008 that is in the same situation.

I ordered a White Suede FEH AWD on April 18th and still haven't gotten a VIN#. I am told I am #13 in the queue, whatever that means. Ordered from Rhinebeck Ford in the Hudson Valley, NY. Paid $1,000 over MSRP and left them with a $3,000 deposit. Such a shame. I really wanted that car. |

I put my order in on 22 April and have no VIN yet as well. I feel your pain. I called Ford customer service and they could not or would tell me anything or could not get me to someone that has the facts. I am thinking it has something to do with an allocation. My dealer says he has one. Wishing us all luck!

Hi There, I received my car yesterday - it was an item that was coming in for stock - White Suede - looks awesome. I had placed a deposit down for it appx one week ago. It is awesome - looks great and has some nice features - very happy that it is blue tooth compatible for my cell - since here in California we can no longer drive with a cell phone to an ear (must be hands free). Suggestion for everyone out there waiting. Call around to find out what stock items your dealerships have allocated to them and put a deposit down on one of them. There are so few options except color that you should be able to find one from stock that meets your needs. Sorry - but it appears that stock items are being delivered first. I think that Ford is giving most of those with special orders the run around. Good luck - everyone!!!
