welcome to the group. i believe the voice commands are listed in the separate booklet that comes with the main 400h manuel. It is the one that describes the nav system and its components. I will also check onlilne

I have really enjoyed reading the messages on this forum. I recently turned in my BMW 525i at the end of a 3 year lease. It was a great car - not one problem, nor any money spent (except for gas) for the entire 36 month lease. My husband did not like the 5 series because it sits to close to the ground for his taste. We recently purchased a 2006 MB M350 for our daughter but the mileage is terrible. I have test driven the Lexus RX400h and really like it. It seems like a good compromise between my former BMW and my husband's Ford F-150 Supercrew. I have been a very satisfied BMW customer. Reassure me that we'll be happy with Lexus. I have not driven an SUV but like sitting up higher when riding in husband's truck. By the way, the dealers in Mobile, Alabama and Jackson, MS don't seem to have any problems finding vehicles. They both have several hybrids on the lot and are anxious to sell. They aren't discounting much though.

I should have let the group know that we are in Birmingham, AL. We were able to get 10% off the sticker in our negotiations due to the current sale through early September and wanted interested parties to be aware of some discounting on the RX 400H.

The RX is my wife's car. She loves it, her comments are - Perfect size, right height, excellent storage, fun to drive, outstanding stereo, fun gadgets, sporty, comfortable, and powerful.

Backed by Lexus how could you go wrong? Our dealer has coffee and ice cream in the waiting area.

We also have a Porsche, Toyota Tacoma 4 dr, Yukon XL, Honda S2000 and Acura Integra. All three boys are driving on their own so most of the time it's just my wife in the RX.

I hope this helps.

Pete, you got a great deal. I have not seen any discounts like that on the 400h. Best I have seen so far is $3,000, typically $1,000.

Please post name of dealership and location city, state so others will hopefully be able to get as great a deal as you got.

I received a reply from Lexus this morning. They are going to mail me the commands. They told me to expect them in a week. I've looked through all the manuals and couldn't find a complete list of the commands(?). I am wondering if they included them in the documentation and I just can't find them.

I'm surprised that I couldn't find anything on the web about the commands too. It appears no one else is having the problem in locating the list of voice commands.

I couldn't find a complete list either, but Lexus is faxing them to me today.

Had my 400h for about 1 1/2 weeks and so far, love it! About 28+ mpg avg. No problems.....

To find the list of voice commands, press the voice command button on the steering wheel, and then either speak the word "help" or touch the "help" icon on the screen

Miami, Florida city driving mixed with interstate and the overall average was a smidgin over 23 mpg. Frankly, it is the technology which interests me and since in the 70's I had both an electric car conversion and an electric scooter, it is encouraging that manufacturing steps have now been taken to go alternative. We also had two late model Porsche Carrera Cabs and still have a twin turbo so gas mileage is really not what it is about for us; just our attempt to go green on some basis. Our ultimate fear is not the price of fuel, but its availability and even 23 mpg seems too little too late.

Purchased my 400H and traded in my RX8. Big change but I love the car. During our Hurricane last week (Wilma) I didn't need to rush to a gas station...what a great feeling. I have a Sprint LG PM blutooth phone, can anyone tell me if this is compatible and how to set it up? BTW-Live in Coral Springs
