It's an Ogle SX1000.
(I got a book for Christmas called the world's worst cars, and this one is in there.
I was doing a preliminary skim of the latest Automobile magazine and noted that one of these went for $23.5K at the RM Auctions. One of the world's worst cars or not, someone wanted one.
