Very much a Pininfarina design, it was the brainchild (and last design) of the company's founder Battista Pinfarina but the pictured car is not a "standard" Flaminia four-door which had a B-pillar.
A little clarification:
The two-tone car is a 1955 Lancia Aurelia Florida B56 which lacked a B-pillar and had suicide doors and four outside door handles. It was supposedly aimed at the US market and was V8-powered. Only four were made and it's doubtful that any came to the US. But what a smashing design!
The darker colored car is the 1957 Lancia Flaminia Florida II which looks like a large coupe but retained the four doors of the Aurelia Florida this time with no outside door handle in the rear. The smaller Flaminia Coupe used the same styling themes on a two-door with a shorter wheelbase.
The original Aurelia Florida obviously borrowed heavily from American styling trends (wraparound windshield, tailfins and two-tone paint) but it's squared off, slab-sided design changed the entire styling idiom of postwar cars on both sides of the Atlantic.
The (Flaminia) Florida II also had a huge influence that showed up in such American designs as the Studebaker Hawks, '63 Buick Riviera and Pontiac Grand Prix and of course the '61 Lincoln Continental.
More on the influence of the Lancia Floridas HERE.

Chevy SS I think it will be called. Looks good but ditch all the chrome.

Not bad, not bad, except for the clown wheels.

I see some MB in the LEDs and headlights.
Chrome wheels don't look good on many cars from the past 20 years. That one is no exception.

Yup, that's the 2014 Chevrolet SS, basically a re-badged Holden Commodore (or an updated, re-badged Pontiac G8).
I'm not crazy about the chromed dubs either. I wish that fad would go away and take black rims with it.
