For a while they sold those in Brazil. Not sure if they still do.

New Seat Ibiza ... the Spanish Golf.
It is the "Spanish Golf" but it's not sold as an Ibiza, it's the new Seat Leon (Mk.3). As for being better looking than the new Golf, I'm inclined to agree although I am a fan of the new Golf. Previous Leons did not look better than their Golf counterparts IMO.
Wikipedia Seat Leon Mk.3
The Ibiza is the Seat version of the smaller Volkswagen Polo.

I know they at least once sold them in Mexico - I saw a MX plated one all the way up here in WA.

Extra points if you know the name of this and/or location.

Looks like Washington Square in NYC. It's hard to tell the cars by the lighting but the car furthest to the left appears top be a 1960 Pontiac. Is this a screen shot from "Breakfast at Tiffany's?"

'62 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner convertible behind the '60 Pontiac, and a '63 or '64 Mercury with 'Breezeway' window on the other side of the street.

Yep, that's Washington Square Arch, the start of Fifth Avenue (IIRC) and the entrance to Washington Square Park and that certainly is a '60 Poncho. I don't think this is from BAT.

I think you and Lemko have covered the identifiable cars in this shot. Given that it's Greenwich Village there should be a VW or MG somewhere but I don't see one.
