Saab 9000 but can't tell the year. Probably a second generation model maybe a 1996?

Edit:

Just noticed it is RHD hmhh so maybe not a 9000. Did Vauxhuall rebadge the 9000 as something for the UK?

The first-generation 9000 was based on a platform shared with the Fiat Croma and Lancia Thema. I think this car is part of that generation, since it doesn't have the upward-sweeping window line of the later cars.

Behind it there seem to be a lot of other (newer) Saabs.

The rims a quirky, so it must be a Saab, but the headlights are generic, so it must not be a Saab.

I think you're correct, it's a match for a second-gen U.S. 9000 ('92-'98) I found, detail for detail, except for the RHD and the turnsignals are amber in the one I found. A British requirement for clear?

Yep its a second generation ('92-'98) Saab 9000i Saloon, (UK spec, equivalent to a US Spec 9000 CD IIRC.)

That appears to be the nearly-forgotten Saturn L300 sedan (could be an L200 though).

That looks almost exactly like my car:

'03 or newer L200 or L300 .. the picture that andy posted doesn't give me a good look at the wheels, which is the most obvious difference. 15" for the L200, 16" for the L300. My L300 also has foglights, which may or may not be on the movie car.

andy, what movie is this picture taken from?

It's an '03 Saturn L200 from the TV show One Tree Hill.
