My bad, the pictured car is not a T5/356B. It is in fact a late variant of the 356A, one of the most desireable 356 Roadsters IMO.

To make up for my Boo-boo, here's a good picture of a different example with the top up>

Ah well now I can see the front running lights, shape of the front bumper and details of the hub caps.

I was going solely on the spear on the side (roadster) and the dim view of the bumper over-rides.

I think in terms of desirability/value, the 356B twin-grille roadster is the "hot one" these days.

Here's a local replica maker who always has a bunch of replicas (I assume) parked in front of the shop:

Well this one has been on long enough so Iill tell you that both cars I've shown are 1959 Porsche 356A Convertible Ds

The D is for Drauz, the coachbuilder for this particular model. The Convertible D was a follow on to the Reutter-built 356A Speedster and differs primarily by having roll-up windows and a taller windscreen with corners that are not rounded off.

They can be distinguished from Cabriolet models by the chromed surround to the windshield. Carbrios have surrounds that are body-colored.

Looks like it's wearing contemporary Pontiac full-size wheel covers.

Looks like a Humber estate car. I guess it's around a 1965 or so.
