Mercury Marquis Brougham and Lincoln Continental, both 1970 models I believe.

Replying to: andys120 (Jul 11, 2009 9:04 am) The 67 has the heavy chrome bar across the middle of the grille and the parking lights, while the grille on the 66 has a finer mesh without the chrome bar. I owned a 65 years ago, and currently have a 67. The Rivs of that era had sleek and classic styling, lots of power, and reasonably tight suspensions for such large cars...but I am admittedly somewhat biased!!

That picture might of been photoshop'd. Thats my guess. But who knows.

Mercury Marquis Brougham and Lincoln Continental, both 1970 models I believe.   Yep, that's right. You can look at that picture and understand how FoMoCo ruined the luxury image of Lincoln. If you ask me, the silver GM is the better looking od the two, the Linc has too much junk tacked onto the front.
