Replying to: imidazol97 (Jul 02, 2009 5:13 am) Sorry Imadzol, I din't see your reference to the Henry J. I don't think the color is unusual though, IIRC it was the most common color for those. In fact powder blue/sky blue cars were everywhere in the late 40s/early 50s. My folks owned a light blue '47 Frazer and traded it in '53 for a Pontiac in the same color (talk about being in a rut!). Replying to: andys120 (Jul 02, 2009 5:32 am) The engine itself looks like it's from a Corvair, but the sheetmetal doesn't look right, especially that black corrugated piece in the upper left corner of the pic, which reminds me of the plastic engine cover of a Fiat X1/9.
