60 degree V6, Judging from the location and the low-profile air cleaner setup, I'd say a Ford 2.8 or 3.0. As for the car, ya got me--maybe a '70s TVR?

OK, I can see we're in the '50s-early '60s here. There weren't many V6 engines on the market then. When in doubt, always guess some species of Lancia. I'll go with Flaminia.
