Engine was basically the same inline six as the 280ZX, iirc, and the base 810 even offered it with a five-speed. For one or two years there was also a diesel variant. Replying to: berri (Jan 13, 2009 10:33 am) Yep, it's probably a Savoy. We've gotten so used to the predominance of Crown Vics and Grand Marqs in police fleets that we've forgotten that in the 60sand 70s Plymouths and Dodges were the most common patrol cruisers.
