Stephen is correct, it is Zagato bodywork (note the "double bubble" roof) and so is Fin, it's a Fiat Otto Vu.

Yeah, that's Ghia all right, though it sort of reminds me of Bertone's Alfa Romeo Disco Volante, or Flying Saucer.
