This is likely a Toyota 2000GT (did they make a roadster?)

IIRC US cars of the late 40s and early 1950's had similar hand brakes.

I'm not sure why anyone would put a hospital on a postcard but this shot of St.Joseph's Hospital features plenty of cool old cars>
