Black car next to 1958 Chevy - possibly a 1962 Buick Wildcat Back Row: 1959 Ford Galaxie, 1961-64 Chevrolet Corvair, 1960 Chevrolet Impala convertible, 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air or Biscayne, 1961 Ford Falcon, 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air or Biscayne. Can't see rest of row. Not sure of blue and white car in second row, but it looks like it could be a low-end 1957 Dodge. Can't see the rest. I'll take a wild guess as to where the picture was taken, but I think it's Wildwood, NJ a long time ago before the place became "America's Most Wanted" on the Boardwalk. I went there in 2004 with my girlfriend after hearing what a great place it was in 1976. Now, all I see is a bunch of thuggish characters on the beach.

Notwithstanding the lack of palm trees I thought the location was Florida but it is indeed Wildwood Crest, New Jersey (Conca Dor Motel). I'm surprised there's not a single imported car in the shot, by 1962 Volkswagens and Triumphs etc were becoming common sights on the East Coast. |

On the left side, the black one behind the 1958 Bel Air is a 1962 Ford Fairlane. I'll stop there... |
