This was also made pre-war, for a few months in 1939, but this particular one is from late 1946.

1965 Mercury with the Breezeway roof. Not sure if it's a Monterrey or a Montclair.

According to the badge it isn't a Monterrey or a Montclair.

OK, I'll bite. That would make it a Park Lane, right?

What is the yellow and black roadster, then ?
Got lost in the shuffle didn't it? It's the latest iteration of the Elfin Clubman, known as the Type 5. Unlike earlier Elfins which used Corvette V8s(IIRC), the Type 5 uses the Turbo 4 from the Solistice GXP. Elfins hail from Down Under.

Yes, it is - and that is the only one I've ever seen. It's a Progres NC300, from about 1991/2 - grey import from Japan, of course. Interestingly, the badge on the back, and the front end, make no mention of Toyota at all - only the British tax disc in the windscreen gives the game away. I wonder if the Progres was sold in Japan as some sort of separate marque, in the way Dodge Darts were sometimes promoted as a separate make in the Sixties.
