From the viewer's left, the red car is an AMC Hornet ca. 1973-74. I believe the yellow car is some species of Ford Consul. The big olive-colored thing looks like a lower-line Plymouth of some sort (can't place the year--maybe 1955-56 Plaza?) and the red thing behind it is familiar but hard to nail down--maybe a Triumph Toledo?

Harder to figure out is where all of these cars would be seen in the same street scene, especially since I don't remember the movie and can't recognize the skyline. Australia? South Africa?

The silver rear quarter panel at the extreme left looks early 1970s GM--Buick Skylark or maybe a Holden.

Good job Stephen, The Ford is a Zodiac, probably early 60s. IMCDB identifies the red car as a Triumph 1300 and the Plymouth as a '56 Savoy.

I don't know what city it is, perhaps some Bond fan can recall.

I'm puzzled. I don't know from the movie. Registration plates are unknown to me. The town looks Eastern but… it is European or Asiatic? Cars ride on the left avenue lane, but not every steering wheel is to the right of the car. Someone here can tell if there is left-hand circulation in Romania? Anyhow, I dare say is India, but it is only my wild guess. May be I prone to say so because of the policeman/soldier standing in the mob.

Regards,
Jose

Apparently TMWTGG was filmed mostly in Hong Kong, Macau and Bangkok.

Given the number of Yank tanks, I think that it's probably Bangkok since there was a huge American military presence in Thailand during the Vietnam War.

Yep, it's a '52 Ford (of France) Comete, body by Facel, power by Flathead V-8.
