OK, I'll take the bait.
It seems like a Morgan 4/4 or +4 four-seater, vintage anywhere between 1953 and sometime last week.
What it is, if it isn't what it seems, I haven't a clue. If it's a fake, it's a pretty good one.

As hinted by the title it isn't actually a Morgan - it is instead a GCS Hawke - made from about 1999 to 2005, I think, but they later sold the design to another company, and this replica was still being produced as the LCD Hawke until recently. Engine and transmission was originally Ford Cortina, later Sierra, so typically this would be 1600/1800/2000cc, but GCS also developed a version with the Rover V8, as a replica Morgan plus8.
If put together properly it is quite a tidy car, although not one to appeal to the purists...

FWIW I could tell it wasn't a real Mog Plus 4, the windshield is too short....not that I had a clue as to what it is.

smart roadster, maybe the Brabus version as this one has the wheels, body-color fenders, and optional targa top. I like the roadster-coupe hatchback better.
Oh, and some late-90s Golf.

Yep, it's a Smart Roadster, photo'ed on the steets of Monte Carlo, I don't know if it's the Brabus version.

Yep, '72 Polara. Ugly looking thing IMO, but it has a sort of brutishness to it. Those "loop" bumpers wouldn't pass the 5 mph bumper standards, so for 1973 the Polara went to a conventional, jutting bumper, and a large grille flanked by quad headlights with peaks in the centers, sort of like an early 70's Oldsmobile.
