I think Kojak's Buick was that style, but I can't tell if that's actually a Buick.
 
Geez, how many '70s TV detectives drove GM B-Bodies? Of course it's Kojak's 1975 Buick Regal.

when did Kojak start driving a Chevelle?! I don't know what the site that image came from says, but that ain't no Regal. Regal sedans were a lot more curvy, with front fenders that had a Monte Carlo-esque "french curve" that swooped down as it went back. Here's a pic of one...

 
For 1976-77, the Century and Regal coupes, got more squared off, angular styling, but the sedans kept that swoopy style through '77, after which they were downsized and the Regal was returned, temporarily, to coupe-only status. They did graft stacked rectangular headlights onto the '76-77 sedans, though.
