'67 California special? although now that I look at it closer, it has Shelby side scoops (and it looks like tailpiece). Oh heck, I don't know!

Having lived in the Northeast, I'm not sure what a "California Special" is...but I do know the the car in question is a 1968 Mustang (see the side marker lights).
