No roll up windows on any Jag 120 open car. It's got the rear spats, too, which worked really well for overheating the brakes. Also if you wore spats, you couldn't have wire wheels, as the knock-offs wouldn't clear. so that's why that car has disk wheels.

That looks like one of those Russian GAZ Volga sedans that appear in many spy movies. I imagine this one is a 1960s model.

Yep, it's a Volga GAZ-21 ca.1960. The tip off is the white Lada 2100 in the background (Fiat 124 clone).
