That's the GMC Terrain, a version of the Saturn VUE, to be sold in the Middle East only because they dont have Saturn.

I think the one in front is a BMW 2800, which was the top of the line large sedan at that time. I believe that there was also a 2500. I think they were sold in the US in about 1969?

Yep, according to Hemmings.com they're both Bavarias. The BMW 2500 and 2800 sedans used the same bodies IIRC.
