It's a 1955 Arnolt-MG, essentially a Bertone coupe body fitted onto the mechanicals of an MG-TD.   Stan "Wacky" Arnolt was a Chicago Industrialist whose Warsaw, Indiana-based company married British running gear (MG/Bristol/Bentley/Aston-Martin) and Bertone coachwork, the most famous being the very competitive Arnolt-Bristol Roadsters.
