Could someone elaborate on the comments that the HH has more cargo room than the RX? The specs list the HH at 81 cu. ft., whereas the RX is listed at 85. I suspect some space is consumed by the 3rd seat in the HH. The HH does "look" larger to me, but that may be more of an illusion due to the boxier shape of the HH. Replying to: marke2 (Apr 01, 2006 1:15 pm) Highlander will have more useable cargo room because tailgate is flatter wagon shaped while RX has more sloped hatchback shape.Consumer Reports lists Highlander with 38 cu ft of useable space compared to 34.5 for the Lexus.
