Replying to: gs450h (May 11, 2006 4:26 pm) I could not find any reference for the above, but according to the info on Lexus Canada Website, the AVS (Adaptive Variable suspension) which available on on GS450h is: AVS is a computer controlled suspension system that continuously adjusts for ride comfort and handling precision. It went on further: AVS allows the driver to select from four suspension settings - comfort to sports firm – at the flick of a switch. Computerized sensors also monitor steering and wheel speed to eliminate dive, squat, lean and roll. Also, the car comes fully fully loaded at one price. There are six available colors to choose from. |

I have only driven my 450h which does have this option so can't compare to one without it but the car certainly does stay quite flat without the usual leaning while corning around sharp corners. It doesn't appear to adversely affect the ride of the car as it remains very comfortable in taking corners and bumps
