My 1999 has a fill up fuel problem, and I have to remove it from the back of the car and clean and check the shut of valve and the little filter inside the canister box, question has anyone ever did this , I need to know how to get that shut of valvre out and the little air filter,

I have a 2001 accent and hear noise in the rear wheels. I am wondering if the tires cause this or is it the rear wheel bearing assembly.
