I've got quotes for a 2007 and a 2008. Trying to figure out which is a better deal. Any thoughts? Should I be trying to get much lower? I'm also having a hard time deciphering what package I'm being offered on the 2008. It does not seem to fit in the usual categories. They may just be adding leather to a lower package, if that can be done. My only necessity is black leather and a bench second row, but I don't mind paying more for bells if I get a fair deal. Replying to: acowboyfan (Sep 05, 2007 6:56 pm) According to my sales rep, the current incentives can change at any time. So even though this has been announced thru 10/1, it could change to something more attractive any time between now & 10/1. I guess it could change to something less attractive too, but that wouldn't make much sense LOL. Zoesam

Have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ Trim Package with the following options: Leather seats DVD and Navigation pkg. sunroof power assist running baords Asking was 56k, but i got them down to $100 over invoice, plus it's an aged unit, meaning GM is offering $3k for that, plus the $2k on the rebate. Ballpark $42-43k for it....good deal or wait to see if financing changes at the end of the month? Alot of people are saying the Tahoes are leaving the lots, so GM is not going to drop the rates. And would it be better to wait on the 08's?? Any feedback would be great, before i spent that kinda money. |

| Word on the street (read it in another forum I frequent) is that GM is trotting out the 0%/60 on all 07 models next week (starting 9/24). Not sure how reliable the news is, but it fits with their practice over the past few years. | |

It also has 6 cd changer, 4WD, rear park assist & adjustable pedals. MSRP 41,324, asking price on the window 34K. I believe this to be an "aged" vehicle, is there any way to know for sure? How do I know if the 34K window price includes the 2K current rebate & the 3K aged rebate? This is a dealer demo, supposedly driven by a manager back & forth to work. It's never been titled. So if it's been in an accident, I'm guessing no one would have had to report that, right? Anyway to be sure it's not been in an accident? And lastly, what do you think is a reasonable price for this? I don't know how to figure out the invoice price. If I ask the dealer, they'll probably just show me a fake invoice. I'm guessing they keep those on file for just that purpose. Plus there's holdbacks & incentives to consider for the dealer. I see this as essentially a used 1 year old vehicle w/6000m. I'm thinking $28-29K. Thoughts? It's only an LT1, so it doesn't have a ton of bells & whistles, but that's cool w/me.
